SCENTS THAT (REALLY!) SEDUCE HIM
Think he doesn't give a damn about your perfume? Think again. LISA CODE polled hundreds of hot-blooded men to find out what your spritzes can do to their senses — trust us, it's wild!
You know what gets him going — a flash of lacy lingerie,
some naughty texts, a flirty hair toss. Turns
out, your perfume can also make a man's pulse race.
There's no doubt that scent is a powerful thing: The nose can pinpoint up to 10,000 different smells. But would he go to bed with you just because of the bouquet
you're wearing? Actually...yes! After polling 119
guys, we uncovered titillating findings like that and
others. Read on for all the scentual results!
Scent arouses men on a very primal level, says Alan Hirsch, "Pleasant aromas can actually stimulate parts of the
brain directly connected to sexual desire,"
And that
can lead to some lusty thoughts. "I'm so attracted to my girlfriend
when she's wearing her perfume," says Adewale,* 26. "She wears it
on weekend dates, so just the slightest hint of it reminds me of
her in sky-high heels, red lipstick, and the tightest jeans."
84% believe perfume has the power to turn them on or off.
Surprise! Yummy scents got the most votes among the guys
we polled. The reason is that these aromas
connect to deep emotional cravings. "Sweet and tasty scents
are familiar. Smelling them reminds guys of simple childhood
days, so they feel secure enough to let their attraction and
affection show." In that sense, tasty notes work on a subconscious
level to loosen him up. "My girlfriend wears this vanilla
and almond scent that always makes me happy and relaxed…
and totally horny!" admits Kenneth , 28. That's all the more reason
why he'll want to nibble you. Still, stick with subtle blends.
